We measured the two synthesized azobenzene DNAs shown in Fig. 2. 

 by MALDI-TOF / MS.

When the molecular weight was measured by MALDI-TOF / MS, the theoretical value and the measured value were almost the same, and it was identified that DNA was synthesized.

Since it was thought that it was able to be synthesized, it was incorporated into the staples incorporated into the tires.

We measured the four synthesized azobenzene DNAs shown in Fig. 4 by
MALDI-TOF / MS and compared the results before and after purification.

When the molecular weight was measured by MALDI-TOF / MS, the theoretical value and the measured value were almost the same, and it was identified that DNA was synthesized.
In addition, it was judged that impurities were removed because the number of peaks decreased after purification.

A blue spectrum was wavelength of DNA and a red spectrum was wavelength of Azobenzene. we collected the largest overlap region as a target.
